+1 You could shelf it or you could part it out and double your investment. I'd bid on that chassis plate; mine's in rough shape.
The chassis is nice, but there's a little bit of a bad spot up front, some delamination. I think I can fix that though. We'll see, maybe I will sell it off, it was a bit of a spur of the moment buy, and I'm not really into shelf queens... but I think the chassis is maybe too nice to run.
I agree; I'm not either. I really enjoy running my cars, however I happened upon a lot of parts a while back that were appropriate for an early Graphite and a mid-production CE and decided to go ahead, clean them up, add box-art body/wing and just set them out to admire and maybe to preserve them for future generations to enjoy. The graphite chassis I have is by far the most haggard part from either car so I'll continue to look for a better replacement for that part.

So, I've received the aforementioned decal sets from MCI today. I've chosen to go with manual art set for the CE since I really didn't care for the yellow/white color scheme for the box art. The quality of products from these guys seems good but, when you order, you must remember to select your desired overcoat; matte, glossy or reverse print. For the first set I received from them I forgot to select an overcoat and the decals were easily scratched.

Hey that's great! But, isn't the packaging just clear plastic bags and, if so, couldn't they see the belts? Anyway, you have spare belts in case you're planning to run your cars.
