Nice wings, I have been doing smoked salmon lately.

Wings are a better choice.

This was actually about 3 weeks ago, but with the weekend coming in fast I figured a little inspiration was in order. Bacon wrapped, cream cheese and cheddar stuffed smoked jalapenos. I didn't mean to make that many. It didn't look like that much in the cart. I can't decide what to do this weekend.

I meant to post this the day after Tgiving, but forgot, or was too lazy, or passed out... or something. Leftover turkey, mozzarella, cheddar and bacon panini. Best use for leftover turkey.

Sorry, on a Panini kick. Italian Ham and Cheese with Pepperoni and Seasoned Mozzarella. Too easy and delicious. Almost no clean-up either.

It's funny you mention that Brian. As we were sitting eating I tld my wife that some pickled jalapenos would be great on here. Then I realized that actually the tartness of some banana pepper rings would absolutely set it off! Next time... :D

Everyone always wants to buy me kitchen items for Christmas... :? This year it was Gotham Steel cookware. It was so windy and cold outside tonight I decided to try it on some cubed chicken marinated in garlic and French dressing. It actually performed as advertised. It will be fun to experiment with.

Well, I didnt deviate far from my 'normal'...Smoked Pork Ribs, mac-n-cheese with little bits of beef sausage mixed it for good measure.
