Interested..what is it? Looks like some type of soft coral or invert? It looks like you're taking this of an aquarium...I could be totally wrong of course! Nice picture either way.EvolutionRevolution wrote: ↑Mon Jan 23, 2017 9:34 am Spotted this alien craft hovering above the water last week:

During my winter holiday last week we visited a sea aquarium (in the east of France, many miles from the sea ), and this invertebrate beast was stuck to one of the windows - the picture is upside down, so the water surface you see is actually viewed from the bottom, underwater. It's a sea apple, a kind of sea cucumber.

Haha! I only got that close in my guess because I used to have a saltwater reef aquarium at home so I am pretty familiar with a lot of the species. At first I thought it was a mushroom coral but this cucumber is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.EvolutionRevolution wrote: ↑Mon Jan 23, 2017 5:32 pmHa! Wishing winter would end so I can get out again! This was last year out riding in the Mountains on my 1986 Honda XR250R. I don't only restore 80's RC cars you know!

My brother Matt dotting the "i" at a home game vs. Michigan...pretty much the goal of his life up to that point.
I've been to many games, but that was the coldest damn day I ever sat outside. Almost 4 hours, at -10 degrees, most of it drizzling. It was retched. The money grubbing price gouging was unforgivable...the concessions dudes walking up and down in the stadium were charging $12 for a cup of hot chocolate or coffee. There were some fans in the stands that damn near attacked the guys.

Nothing spectacular, but it was nice to capture a peaceful moment driving down a relatively lonely stretch of highway on the way home today after a hectic week at work. The sky wasn't quite sure what it wanted to do.
