I'm in the geriatric parent end of things. Turned 40 and I'll be 58 when my youngest graduates from High School. Keeps you young.

The tamiya Avante was the tamiya car i always wanted.
When i was young i could not affort it , but now i could get a great deal and took it.

That piece is 2.65 mm DA Graphite quasi-isotropic C/F sheet. That is the material I have at the moment. I will come up with a cost pretty soon. I eventually will use 3mm woven face C/F, but it will be a while. -Jeff

Thanks to klavy69, my son now has his very own RC truck. I put together an Emaxx a couple of years ago that was an Army Marcbot but he never had the chance to enjoy it as we needed more stuff like batteries, charger, etc. Well we borrowed a 4wd...

I was never into these as a kid, but rather did the buggy thing with a Tamiya Hornet and then the gold pan RC10. I think I might like to get a Clod for my kid but I'm not sure what to expect. What do I need to get the two motors and 4 wheel steering...
