I have a couple of new and uncut original Premier/Twister dirt oval wedge bodies, and after searching for more of the last 7 years or so, I haven't had much luck acquiring more. I have a feeling that the supply of NOS bodies out there is drying up. While there is little market for a fringe vintage/replica body in a fringe R/C division (dirt oval), but I want to make or have made a handful of reproduction bodies for some restoration projects I am working on. I just don't have the heart to paint and cut up a NOS vintage body that I probably won't find ever again.

So does anyone pull their own bodies, or have the capability of pulling 1/10th scale wedge bodies? First and foremost, I'd like to backfill this body and create a usable vacuum mold to work with sometime down the road. I'd feel better about painting these up if I knew I could make more when I needed/wanted them. Does anyone have any suggestions on the proper materials to use for lexan mold pulling? I have asked a couple of body makers about a small run of replicas, and they both told me they wouldn't pull someone else's designs, even if the company went out of business 15 years ago.

Any suggestions?

And as long as I'm at it, if anyone has any or knows of where I may find any old school Twister/Premier bodies that are not yet painted or cut up, I'm always interested.

Oh most definitely! If they have anything Premier or Twister, other than the infamous Bat Wedge, I'LL TAKE IT!

Nice car, Jason. I will always have a soft spot for Terminators.

Just let me know when you want to sell that thing. :)

the best way is to use molding plaster and to wait about 10 days for drying up, it does not harm the shell at all, so go for it without worrying
