Transistor part number for Futaba MC112B

Hello,
I am trying to repair my old Futabe MC112B ESC speed controller and need to find a cross reference parts number for the transistor. Does anyone know of a good place? Transistor S110 I 76 Thanks, ED |

On the same topic, has anyone found a suitable replacement schottky diode that doesn't cost $2 each?
