Tamiya paints match each other across the board, so the yellow, green, red, etc. will be the same shade for the acrylics, lacquer sprays paints, or polycarbonate spray paint. Very handy when you have to paint some plastic trim parts like wings or mirrors. Tamiya will also match the paint color with the color in the decals, so it can look funny if you don't use their paint.

Oh, what the hay. I was going to build mine with a stealth from the start but I just might build the six gear and see how it does with a mild 3300kv motor. Are the new idler gears made out of the same material as the originals? I have some of the improved black ones and am wondering which ones I should use.

Thanks. I just didn't know if they were as tough as the black. Is it because they are supposed to be better machined?

I'd say they are better machined and not oval like the old idlers were

Well there's no mistaking the cups with the old, but any other part, by part comparisons?

Someone beat me to it as I ran out of internet credit. The green ball cups were the first thing I noticed.

HI!... It looks a lot different on the can and Tamiya paints usually match up with the can cap 99%.

I'll have to order both, just to be on the safe side
However
On the chart it looks like the PS-19 is spot on and PS-7 is a darker orange

Where did you find the photos ?
