Sorry I haven't tried them. I have researched ceramic vs steel bearings, and I came up with that the majority who have tried ceramic say that the minimal gains are not worth the extra cost.

OK ... I have two RC10 Worlds Cars. One is a restored all black car, and one is an in progress white and black car. This brings me to a few questions:

1) What was the point of the milled sections in the chassis?

I am wondering how wide the slots are? I cant tell from pictures if they are 3/8 or 1/2 inch wide

Well......I picked up a 'mostly' worlds car from ebay recently, kind of jumped the gun on the bidding, threw a hail mary bid, and actually won. I got the car but it's pretty beat. Looks like it was a solidly raced car. Kind of glad I just barely...

Finally got around to it, as I just couldn't pass on one at $199 shipped from AE.

Decided to leave the chassis stock for now, see how it does. Opted for one of Atomik Racing's HD1207TG servos, as I've found this product line to be excellent...
