GOLDEN YEARS RC Stealth Anodized Trans Case

Post by Romulus-10 »

Limited-Edition-Stealth-flyer small.jpg
Hello Everyone,

This is our first offering as part of our Vintage Aftermarket Collection. We are very excited to be offering such an amazingly machined case, almost mimicking the injection molded original design. The case completes a perfect flow from chassis through drive train, and has a real period look. This will be a limited run of 100 pieces with laser etched numbered cases. No motor mount spacer needed. Please use the contact info listed on the flyer, and I will respond with the deposit / ordering instructions. I hope everyone likes our first project as much as we do.

NOTE: Special for RC10Talk.com members we are offering 10% off, and a free rubber transmission-motor mount spacer gasket.

Happy Collecting,
Romulus

Here are some new close-up shots, thanks to all who have contacted us from around the world and ordered our RC10 Aluminum Stealth Transmission case. Remember the photos are of sample cases. **(also the white nuts are to hold together the case for photos only, NOT USED IN CAR ) Bead blasted Silver Sample is NOT FOR SALE. We are only offering the Gold/Orange at this time.

More to come, feel free to ask any intelligent questions.

This is the best looking alloy trans case I have yet seen, as it actually looks like part of the original car.

I would love to own one of these pieces as well but the wife is keeping track of the r/c shelf recently
do you think its a bad twilight zone episode for team associated to be re producing a buggy from yesteryear that is capable of beating their latest and greatest production buggy?

Let me say Thank you for the kind words, I was hoping you guys would dig it. I still am staring at the sample in the car. We have a few other bits we are working on, that will be sampled in the next two weeks. Many orders from outside the country and all over the world. I would like to thank all the RC addicts everywhere for appreciating our offering. We really appreciate those who have ordered. We are presently looking for a free standing building to house the Golden Years RC Museum and this will help. If you are interested in ordering the Transmission, WE WILL ONLY BE TAKING ORDERS UNTIL JUNE 21st or until the 100 pieces are spoken for.

Also I will soon post info for a *****SPECIAL ASSOCIATED RC10 Re-RELEASE #6001 KIT CONTEST****** We will be holding. It will be for the best RC10 build ...Obviously. The winners will be walking away with a RC10 new re-release kit. More Details Soon !

Thanks,
Romulus

Very interested, but after buying several aluminum cases from REC and preordering a few re-re rc10's a week or so ago I'm tapped. Plus not sure I need another aluminum trans case.

Will be keeping an eye out for more of your parts offerings for sure.

+1 I'd love one of these, but I have an REC case and with my orders in for a number of Rere's I can't shell out for one of these at the moment. Hopefully I won't miss out long term..... :?
Do, or do not! There is no 'try'!
RC; Boats, Buggies, Trucks, Bash's, Racing and of course 'VINTAGE'!

Hi,

It is presently in Los Angeles, we hold open house events, and this year will be our Second Annual Legends Gathering in September. For people traveling from outside the country, they can make an appointment to come visit, and we also have private viewings for groups.

The new space we are looking to move anywhere from Culver City CA to Pomona CA for a building that can house everything.

Thanks
Romulus
