Nice. A friend of mine had one when we were much younger. I had a Yankee Predator 1/6 scale buggy around the same time. It was a bomb, but it opened the door to large scale for me and before I knew it I had a full competition 1/5 scale Bergonzoni Bull. That car was a beast. These big rc's are loud and fun. Plus I always liked the smell of 2 stroke much more than nitro. Hope you sort it out. Keep up with the pics.

Well, two years later I finally started really tearing into this thing.

Took the front assembly apart and there's a lot of things tweaked like misc screws bent. Couple of the hinge pins bent. One steering knuckle has a 10/24 hex head bolt jammed in place of a shoulder screw that was long enough to ride against the front axle shaft and made it a real bitch to disassemble. I sanded the axle so it is at least usable. Here's some reference phone pics I took before I took it apart.

Straightened the pins as best I could, along with one of the front shock shafts that was pretty bad too.
