I definitely want to find a way to get it on Apple devices, I need it on my iPad. I'll make some calls on Monday.

I just grabbed the Classic Essentials. great info, great pics. A very good reference for when I build the kit. Are there any out there for Losi vehicles?

You need to submit it as a reference application. I can talk with development at my office to see who we deal with Apple and find out the criteria. The Traxxas "game" is purely promotional ;)
OK, maybe I'll do just that!
So, from what I have gathered, it seems that Apple is being a bit arbitrary concerning the approval process. The "rules" seem to be open to interpretation depending on how much sleep the reviewer had the night before.

For Example:

https://itunes.apple.com/app/id600611720

I can find it on the iTunes website, in the iTunes client but not by searching from an iPhone but I can find it on an iPad and iPad Mini. Seems as though they submitted as a Catalog and for iPads only. It's a combination of spec sheets and videos.

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ikea-catalog/id386592716?mt=8

Now IKEA is straight up catalogs of furniture, complete with descriptions and pricing. It shows up in the "Lifestyle" category but it also falls under Catalog for some reason.

It seems that items submitted as a "Catalog" have a lot of leeway, at least that is what it seems from what the development group said and what I found in a few minutes looking at apps in the Catalog category. Development thinks "Reference" could work as well.

Do we have a full parts list yet? I called my local shop and they said there was a wheel conversion? Are the world wheels going to be avaible again? They also listed both the 1/4 and 3/16 cvds. Hmmm

i would call the 1-800 number and talk to someone at associated and tell them your issue and get anther chassis. if they need pics then send em pics. i did that when i bought a traxxas boss mustang kit and told them the decal placement on the prepainted body looked really poorly done. they shipped me a new decal sheet no charge. I WOULD CALL THAT CHASSIS LOOKS LIKE CRAP BAD STAMPING!

My chassis looks the same. I just opened it and was not happy. The upper part of the chassis also has a definite line at the top edge of the chassis. Also, the ball ends look like they will glow in the dark too and almost translucent. :(

Sounds like the rere chassis has about the same amount of flaws as early ones.
