Here's my minty fresh Works '91. Pretty much box stock except for the Titanium turnbuckles. Even have the instruction manual, though in Japanese ...

One thing I did forget to mention...that car is totally box stock, even the turnbuckles you mentioned, unless you have changed them? It was built from the box as a spare car but never ran and I swear that no aftermarket parts ever touched it...I am not sure if there was a difference between the Japanese 91' and the U.S. 91' version?? perhaps that was it....it was purchased brand new in Asia (Hong Kong) and then brought over here much later. I'll do some more digging and see if I can't find that out for you!

Thanks again for posting those pictures, they really really really helped for reference (not having a manual made things really interesting!)

Ok so below is the before and after pictures of a 91' that I am in the midst of rebuilding...its coming along but nowhere near done. Won't be a shelfer, there isn't one new part on it lol, except for the rear wing mounts...its not quite correct either, the front arms were drilled out and I haven't located replacements yet and the tires/rims are from a later car too I believe.

I used nail polish remover on the body and about a spare 8 hours of my life  scrubbing the inside out...its also coming along...not perfect or new but looks good enough that I should be able to respray the inside with some dark colours.

Thanks again Lennard and Brian for the pictures, parts and inspiration....also working on a Corally chassis 870c that I'll post in awhile

Lovely car, back when I first had my 870C in the early 90's I had a blue brace like that but it was from a co in the UK (Racecraft) I wonder if it is from Racecraft. I also have a Racecraft Works Yokomo body (uncut) which I will post pics of but it may not show well.

I need to get pics of my yokes on here as I have a restored 870C which has Andys arms front and rear as well as steering nuckle arms the only problem with it is the chassis which has some foam tape to be taken off and the usual wear and tear with glue etc. Anyone have any ideas how to remove the foam tape and the glue. Also I have the original tyres front and back with pink wheels, although the rear wheels are the larger size so if anyone knows where I can get some nip pink rear wheels drop me a pm.

Runner YZ10
Works 91 pretty much stock but in excellent condition (New unpainted body to go with this)
Works 91/93 not sure with Fibre-lyte Carbon fibre shock towers front and rear.

Shame I sold both my Cats, I know BOrmac will have a better time with the XLS than I did.
