RPM wide links, how much wider?

Hey all,

Interested in buying some RPM wide rear links for the JrxT I’m working on, but I’ve got the retro XX trans which uses dog bones vs. the telescoping stock driveshafts. I’m worried with the additional width they might put the drive pins to far out of the diff outdrives.

Anyone have experience with this combo? Or know how much wider those arms are?

I’ve never had the wide links, but the wide(truck) front and rear arms are both a 1/4” wider than stock..I assume the links are the same. The wide links also have corresponding side bulkheads #7325.

You can convert the retrofit trans to use the telescoping driveshafts with Losi #A-3095 outdrives.

Thanks for that info, didn’t know you could convert back so that’s a good backup if needed. I’d prefer to stay with the dogbone style honestly and if it’s only 1/4” I think I’ll be ok… Just dont want to drop the $$ for them and create a problem that means I spend more $$ again…

Truck came with the wide RPM bulkheads so I got that covered…
