AYK showing off its offerings in 1987:
Buffalo - The 1985 replacement for the sidewinder 1/10th 2wd buggy. Utilized a square tube aluminum frame. Wishbone mono-shock front suspension. Semi-trailing arm rear suspension. And featured a redesigned transmission with a rear, transverse mounted motor.
Boxer - 1/10th 2wd buggy introduced in 1986, shared the square tube aluminum frame, wishbone mono-shock front suspension, semi-trailing arm rear suspension and redesigned transmission with rear mounted motor as the Buffalo. Only the wheels, tires, and body were changed between the models.
Radiant - New for 1987 1/10th 4wd buggy with twin aluminum side plate chassis. Upper and lower fiberglass decks. Double wishbone front and lower wishbone/upper link rear suspensions. Traditionally located oil-filled aluminum shocks. Fiberglass shock towers. Chain driven 4wd with two speed transmission.
Parsec - A 1/12th road race car released in 1986 using a carbon fiber pan chassis. Four-point grease filled dampers. Oil-filled coilover rear shock. Magnesium motor mount with geared differential connected to a carbon rear axle Full bearings. Available in two body styles, the Special 3 (shown) and Porsche 962.
86J - Lower feature 1/12th road race option brought to market in 1986. Used a fiberglass pan stye chassis. Aluminum motor mount. Oil-filled coilover T-bar rear suspension and kingpin sprung front suspension. Could be had in two body styles, an Inceptor 2 and Lancia LC2 (shown).
