Thanks for the clarity on the team shocks having the black metal caps. That works out, since the Fan RC cap threads have a different pitch.

XLR8, I saw just what you're looking for at Home Depot last weekend. They had stainless steel and aluminum in the sizes you need.

Unfinished nose tubes and mount are on. The tubes look way up there to me.
