Re: Lohas has essentially remade the tecnacraft wheel

Just received my 5 spoke set and mounted them up. Very nice indeed. Beautifully machined. BTW- these tires are 2.2 and the fit very well.
Thank you Lohas.

Re: add-on tuber

Same as Cronus- I have been wanting to make one of these for a while now. Take a look at the attached pic. I found this in a box of random Rc10 parts a while ago. I didn't even realize what it was at first!! Very weird engineering going on. Thought you'd get a smile out of it.

That wing mount looks great on the shock tower as well. Great assembly.

Re: Project RC10 Mutt :P

Nice clean build! It looks great. The shocks are the only aspect that seem a little off at the moment. Maybe they would fit in better with the over-all look if you take off the anodizing and polish them to match the wheels? (or switch them out with the new hard anodized -dark gray) I agree that a bl...

Mystery Transmission?

Hello All,
Can anyone identify this tranny? I got it with a bunch of other RC10 stuff. Is it a TrackMaster?
Thanks

Re: Finally…a build thread of my own! Updated

Very cool build. I love the titanium hop-ups on the hubs, dogbones, and tierods!! I like the way the white gear cover looks with the white parts. Looking forward to seeing the body mounted and painted.

Re: Worlds Chassis Repair :)

I have never seen this before. Very interesting. I second the questions- "What type of dye are you using? Is there any heat? Is the dye actually soaking into the surface, or just sitting on top?

Thanks

Re: my racers

Why didn't you use a carbon tranny brace on the Fibrelite car? Just wondering. Great cars.

Re: my old but modern runner build "the Purple People Eater"

I love these "old / modern" builds! Very cool and inspiring. I hope to someday get one going myself. For those of us with less knowledge- it is great when you guys write down the parts list as well. Very nice job in laying out the parts and color combos. Can't wait to see how you incorpora...

Re: 1993 Brian Kinwald Replica

I know this is an older thread, but could you advise me on the spacing of the slots on the motor plate? Were these done with a ball end mill? Also, did you ever finish the front shock tower? I would love to see a dimensioned drawing of both these parts.
Thank you- this is a great car.
