I was wondering about the same thing when I saw them (have one in my watch list). Could this be the OEM selling direct to the market? Or some OEM chassis leaving out the back door and being sold by an individual. Hmmm.

Hell is an accurate description. Great progress in the last 4 days. I suspect the body will be dust if it ever arrives.

Tower (Horizon) double charged my card when they shipped my backorder recently. They requested a copy of my card statement and it took about 3 weeks for their accounting team to sort it out. Disappointing...

Perhaps you have heard the news stories about problems with the USPS, especially in Georgia?

A little more progress today. A trusty S148 servo mounted and also the antenna holder. A TBG body is also now on order.

Thanks! I decided to forego painting, but did apply a low gloss clearcoat I have on hand for HO slot car bodies to clean up some sanding scratches. It turned out pretty decent . This is a Jeep Commanche that came in Ebay lot years ago. I've been planning on "converting" it from an Optima to a Jrxt at some point.

I used Autographics #103. They look "right" to me.
