Re: Dahm's D080 Buggsy Body
the buggsy and cyberbuggsy were a couple of my favorite bodys. dahms in general just had their own certain style and it was good.

Re: crawler section?
I was competing in 2.2 and towards the end of my time in crawling it's seemed like less and less courses were able to be finished in the designated time. All of a sudden courses were integrating gaps jumps and stuff. I lost interest in it. I was fun while it lasted. This was my last comp I attended...

Re: crawler section?
the more technical moa comp crawler clubs are still around. with the exception of u4 racing i think alot of the 'rock racer' stuff is mostly marketing from axial to try to sell more rtr's. ive never 'rock raced' any of my scalers. all the scale comps ive been too there hasnt ever been anything that ...

Re: 3D Printer
you could think of more cosmetic things. like some kinda wire holder for the motor wires similar to what rpm did on their bulkheads or things like that. -little tapered 'snap plugs' that snap into all the unused holes in the bottom of the chassis would be kind of neat. -a quick release esc/rx mount ...

Re: shapeways durability?
meh... i hit a wall in my ultramolded 10t after swapping out the rpm 30 blocks for these 25 ones from shapeways. not a spectacular hit... but it would have popped a ballend off on my normal setup. i didnt know anything about water seal or whatever. but i did ream out the holes and tap the threads, a...

Re: i made a mid
took it to the track again today. much better with the new setup but i got super frustrated since i'd be running really nice laps and then snag a wall or pipe and pop off a darn ballstud. i put it away and drove my yellow rpm car and ultramolded truck mostly.

Re: Breathing new life into my RC10 World's Car
the gt3b is a fine radio i was just being nitpicky. especially when you factor in the price and receivers that are under 10 bucks. if i had to keep one over the other the dx4 would be gone. ;) i like the speedpassion stuff, which i think is related to the hobbywing stuff or at least sold by the same...
