Has anyone ever confirmed the diameter of the wheels? It would need to accept foam tires.

My daughter in law is on day three of child birth. She was admitted 2 weeks early due to high blood pressure. They broke her water yesterday, and Pitocin is not working and making her sick. Looking like a c-section. Prayers appreciated for Taylor (mom), David (dad), Samuel baby).
