Not terrible, but I picked this up not too long ago and I *really* disliked the (now black) orange.

With that being said, the handful of other people that have seen it sitting here all did.

Works in progress

Trying to get a body painted for everything sitting here, took a partial group photo of my herd for the benefit of the painter that innocently asked "How many?" I know everyone (myself included) likes pictures.. this is some of what has been keeping me busy recently. Have one more C.E. RC1...

Yes, it is. A good servo can last a LONG time if not abused.

Nice pickup :)

Re: Late Edinger - Peroxide bath?

To be honest, I think I speak for a lot of people when I say there are plenty of box art RC10s out there. I think the models where people put their own spin on them are far more interesting. IMHO :D I'd been considering starting a thread on that very same train of thought - why are the box art buil...

You'll be fine. We ran two of them i our VTA cars last year, and I've had one in my current 2wd offroad buggy for a while... all lipo powered, no problems.

Re: B4.1 Factory team worlds car

What Kyosho springs? I saw a few of the drivers locally trying some- They've moved past that around here, now everyone is trying the Losi big bore springs on their B4's. Not sure what they're using for spring perches/hardware (we run Kyosho) to make them fit, but almost everyone has switched over t...

Re: B4.1 Factory team worlds car

I know i dont think anybody uses the kit tires! Are track is gold barcodes front and rear does anybody run ribbed front tires anymore? I do... normally run the same gold Barcodes, but sometimes depending on track temp and moisture level I'll run pink BK Bar rears and a pink 3 rib front. Sometimes a...

Re: Deans connectors

Thank you all for the responses It gets very confusing and sometimes the more you read the more confused you get  And sometimes it comes down to personal preference. There's not really anything wrong with most of the suggestions listed, use what you can get your hands on and what you feel co...

Airtronics 94156 servo info?

Picked up a T2 that had an Airtronics 94156 servo in it. Anyone know roughly how old that is or have any specs for it? Found it mentioned online, but no detailed info. I'd like to know if it's period correct for the T2, or whether it belongs elsewhere (or in the junk box.)

Re: My RC10B4 Team Car Build

You mentioned something about racing this... and you're putting aluminum parts everywhere. was this going to be a shelfer or runner? If you're going to race this 'seriously' (for a toy car :) ) all that aluminum isn't really a good thing. If it's for fun or a shelfer, looks good.

At least there's something to be said for being subtle with the name.... the dirty danglers being on the other end of that spectrum (and one of the worst rc products ever, imho.)
