Received a Nikko Dictator in mint condition today. i guess it remained in such nice condition over the years because, it was/is inoperable due to the factory gluing the pinions on the motors instead of using grub screws thus, the motor just spins in the pinion housing. Hopefully JB Weld will take ca...
