Re: 3D Printed Stainless Steel Outdrives

Hopefully I'll be out at the track tomorrow night abusing these! I'll report back how it goes. In the meantime, I have a new option that I'll be making available to you guys soon. See thread here http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=103&t=42142 For the printed ones, I think that other than d...

Re: RC10 transverse shortie battery cup sets, 2 in stock FS

Just lowered the price, I want to get rid of these.

$25 + shipping for one set (the slightly discolored set), $27 + shipping for the second. This is almost $10 off from the price at ShapeWays, plus shipping from me will be a few bucks vs. 9 from them. Come and get 'em!

Hey Joey! I haven't been driving RC cars for months, except for messing around with the 1:28 stuff. Shoot me a text sometime!

RC10 transverse shortie battery cup sets, 2 in stock FS

Lower Price! Hey guys, going through my inventory, I found one and a half sets of my shorty battery cups and straps. I ordered another cup so now I have two complete sets for sale. If you're not familiar with these, you can check the thread here https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=103&t=39...

Front suspension kit for 1:28 scale AE cars and trucks

I have released a front suspension kit for the RC28, SC28, MT28, RC28T, and other 1:28 scale cars and trucks. It's a direct bolt-on kit that replaces the lame "living hinge" front end on these cars with genuine suspension. The kit makes the cars handle so much better, as you can imagine. N...

Re: RC28 modding

I've also been working on an aluminum chassis for the 1:28 scale cars. I made a quick prototype by hand, it's seems pretty feasible and I think looks great. The compoenets I designed for the gold pan version above would pretty much apply to this one, with a few small changes and additions. Tracing t...

Re: RC28 modding

I haven't worked on the more "RC10-ish" RC28 since about the last time I posted in this thread. Recently I've picked it up again and made some pretty good progress. I've got a video on YouTube too if anyone's interested. I still have to design a new rear transmission case, a servo mount, a...

Not dead

Hey guys. It's been a while! I am still alive and well, just needed a break from RC cars due to other priorities. I started autocrossing my '55 bug and have been really focused on it, plus family, camping, off-roading... You know how it goes! I have been messing around a bit here and there with the ...

Re: Ten4 Nose tubes and hardware kit pre-preorder

I am trying to get my 4-10 legend kit installed and running. Was hoping to use the ten4 bulkheadhead and bearing set up vs cutting mine and sourcing the idler kit. Any guidance or help on sourcing the ten4 hardware kit would be helpful. I have been trying to connect directly with Brian, but no luck...

Re: Wheel base RC10CE vs Worlds Car

If you have that blue anodized cone-shaped washer that comes with the Worlds CVA conversion kit put that inboard and maybe like 2 of the 3 thin washers, then put the 3rd outboard. Annoying that you have to do this, but works like a charm. I need to make those extended length outdrives to solve this...

I use the same one, and have made dozens of sets of nose tube from it. It's pretty decent to work with.
