very interested in hearing how strong those parts are.

Re: Repro belts
I've been brutal to the rear poly belt on my 94 YZ10 and it's holding up. I've been hammering on it for months and there seems to be no sign of wear...I am very pleased.
I look fwd to your test results for the front belt.

Re: Repro belts
Hello I only 3x 94 and 1x Pavidis YZ10 and non come stock with tension devices. I I purchased my Pavidis second hand and it was modified to include a bearing mechanism near the small one way pulley which helps improve bent contact and also takes up some slack. It also raises the belt up so I can run...

Re: Repro belts
Hello I haven't dealt with a front belt yet...but I have shredded/snapped a rear kevlar belt. The belts from Korea are very thin, I seriously doubt they are as strong as the rubber poly belts. The polybelt brand belts have a thick spine and have been very reliable for me on the rear when used with a...

Re: Repro belts
I use 192-3M-04 Rubber Timing Belt, 64 Tooth for the rear of my 94 yz10 with a 10.5t brushless setup. I loosened the tension link and run 2 bearing (upper and lower) to maintain good contact with the small pulley.

Re: YZ10 Works 92' aka SuperDogFighter
Any more progress on the 92? Such a beautiful car that it would be very nice to see some runs in a nice controlled manner. Here is a vid of me evaluating the suspension on my Pavidis. I love how agressivly I can turn in though I need to make adjustments to keep it from lifting the rear wheel KmQL3Z8...

Re: "Doughnuts" With 94 Yokomo YZ10 Runner
It was raining so I improvised. I was at the track but I had to fix a minor issue I had with my steering servo horn. By the time I finished mother nature decided my fun was over so I came up with other thing to do with the car. Btw I drive this car on an on road touring car track near my house(a dec...

Re: "Doughnuts" With 94 Yokomo YZ10 Runner
The car is tough as nails...nothing to worry about. Besides I have 3x 94s and one Pavids and spares:) Remember these are made to run and have fun with not sit on the shelf  Btw I thought for sure I broke that ceramic thing...still not sure what it is myself, my kid uses it like a "booo...

Re: YZ10 91' NeoVintage
I have no clue who made the purple motor mount but it looks almost exactly like the blue motor mount from TOP.
To me the purple, blue and original magnesium motor mounts all work well. If you have the magnesium mount there is no reason to upgrade, if you have the aluminum mount it will work well.

Re: YZ10 91' NeoVintage
Looks like a great project.
I have that same purple motor mount on my 96 Pavidis YZ10...I also have a spare new in package blue motor mount...
You plan on adding the TCS?

Re: YZ10 Works 92' aka SuperDogFighter
I have a track about an hour away from me that is pretty much a jam fest. It's pretty much all jumps and it forces you to clear some really crazy stuff or you fill face plant the car. It did not stop me from having a lot of fun with my 94 YZ10 (aka The Tank). I will admit that I am brave with my car...
