Welp, guess that explains why I haven't gotten an issue in a while.
One of the magazines had an editorial recently about how all the companies are putting their advertising money into social media, instead of print, and thusly making it hard for them to stay alive.

Re: Batteries and Chargers
From what I understand you only need to "store" them half charged, as in....a month or more. Me and my RC buddies leave them charged for a week or so at a time, and have never had an issue. I have a few that have been charged for a couple months, with no issues as well. So, no, don't bothe...

Re: Batteries and Chargers
I too used to race back when we had Nicd batteries, and then left the hobby for some time, only to pick it up again a few years back. When I did, I went straight to Lipo's. You can also get "shorty" lipo batteries that fit a lot of applications easier. I skipped over the whole Nimh era. Li...

Re: RC10 Worlds Kits all gone?

Re: RC10 Worlds Kits all gone?
If anyone is in eastern Washington, B&B Hobbies in Spokane still has one Worlds kit. Almost bought it for myself, but I have enough cars.

Re: RC10GT vs. RC10 Stealth trans
The GT tranny makes for a great mid motor conversion. I have one. You'll need to drill new holes in a motor plate, and fab some kind of brace at the top, but it's a rather easy conversion. The GT is what they now call a "lay down" tranny.

Me and a friend have these Reedy motors in a couple of vehicles, and they run just fine. Probably exactly what you're looking for.

I love those trucks. Not good for the track, but very scale in appearance.

Re: Yes, I'm actually going to fix this junker up
As for the arm holes, whatever you want. Everyone has a different preference. Just try one, and if it doesn't work, try another. Wheel use may also dictate which ones are available. Just start in the middle holes if you want.
Nice upgrade on the B4 front caster blocks.

Re: Yellowdatsuns WOIN build.
Added a body I had sitting around. It's a sparkle black paint, although it just looks black in the pics. Yes I know the double decked wing would get crushed, but we used to build these sorts of things when I was a kid. I'd pull it off when I run the car and put a different wing on. Now if it just ha...
