Re: Airtronics servo repair?
For the most part Servo's are not economical to repair. If the motor or the potentiometer are bad sourcing a replacement would be almost impossible. That said, they can be repaired. I recently repaired a airtronics 94151, I had to reverse engineer the schematics just to understand them, and bread bo...

Re: Information request re modified RC10s that made “big” finals
Hi, cool car to replicate. :D I've been working on this one for many years now. I think that both cars that you posted photos off are in fact Eustace Moores car, or a spare car just that in one he is trying a saddle pack config. The only thing I cant explain is the sticker jumping sides. I think thi...

Re: 1985 Rare Schumacher Chassis Old Timer
The Schumacher chassis is approx ~1/2" shorter than standard chassis. by running the car with the nose plate forward as it is in the pictures you are at standard length.

Re: Rc10 graphite handling help!
I would start with original shocks at rear 1.32" Top inboard holes, lower outboard holes. silver springs 30W is about right. Ride height is best at bones level rear and arms level front. :D The other thing to experiment with is wheel base, generally long wheel base for high grip, SWB for low gr...

Re: Rc10 graphite handling help!
Hi, If your Graphite is stock. All you really need to do to the front end is change the caster blocks, stock are 15 degree. you will get more turn in from 25 deg or 30 deg. Gold or blue springs.

Re: Nix91 - Rick Hohwart replica
Opps, sorry for not replying to this. The car is as it was in the last photo. Maybe I will get to it one day. Like I said, getting what you see on the screen onto a decal is tricky, you need to find a printer that is willing to work with you and has good communication. Being in the same time zone he...

Re: Question about RC10 rebuild costs
Hi, Costing questions are generally frowned upon, but you have asked in a very educated and well thought out manner. :D Here are my views to try and answer your question. Yes it is generally better to buy a good donor car that to build from individual parts. Princing falls into several categories: A...
