Do you still have the Cat in bits? If you do can you by any chance get the dimensions of the layshaft, I think it might be a case of just getting one made

Dan if you want them I've seen 2 thrust races a520 ones and two diff screws t084 if your interested bit they ain't cheep and the guy won't budge on price I've tryed

They were £65 inc post cad design and that's for two sets so not to bad and the quality is very good. Yours look good I just wish I was able to do things like this myself

That's the one I never thought of that I'll see if what the old balls are like to add them instead another very helpful tip thanks dan. I may have a spare set of mms diffs soon if you may be interested but I am waiting for something to turn up in the post before I can let the one I have go.

On further inspection the rear shock towers do seem to be a bit suspect so I think I'm going to have to source one from somewhere anyone know if you can get a carbon fiber ones ? And as for the wishboans they look like they should line up pretty well but they do need new threds and cups. So it looks...

Now that's a stash of very nice parts you have there. So I'm now to the thinking that i have acquired a home made copy of some sort but would it be useable to build a xls hybrid ?

If it was based on the pk one they used a xl chassis as to me it looks more or less the same but what about the wishboans. And I got the motor plates that from what I could see came from that chassis
