Re: Lowry's next build? NXT Graphite plus

That *appears* to be the fugly body with the spare.... I ordered one from Blue Groove that DID NOT have the spare; yet it was advertized as a GTX body..... Share a part # so I can troll around and see if there's any about??? Thanks!! There was a GTX body that losi made that didn't have the tire. A8...

Re: Losi Street Weapon Tuning Kit A-0920

I am sorry, I see this is probably not yours. I thought this was an "are these arms graphite" question. Not a "should these be graphite" in this type of kit question. http://www.hobby-time.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=17501 Once again I think the answer is...

Re: Losi Street Weapon Tuning Kit A-0920

I am going to take wild guess and say no graphite. Because.....they don't appear to have GRAPHITE stamped on them from what I can see. But to be honest it is hard to tell for sure from that picture. But at that angle I would think you could see the white letters if there. They should have GRAPHITE o...

Re: Lowry's next build?

Sorry man, I voted for the Weapon as well. I really hate gas trucks. I actually have a GTX I need to work on. I really only bought it for pictures to place on vintagelosi.com. I know, stupid way to waste money. But nobody on here ever does a GTX or NXT. So I change my mind and say, go for the NXT. I...

Re: ILL's JRX2 modern runner / Budget build / New goodies:

I am gonna guess you meant a-3120 and not a-3122. Because a-3122 is the slipper back plate and a-3120 is the shaft. Since you said you went dual slipper route then the backing plate wouldn't be required. Of course your picture shows it in the background as a3120. So really I am just messing with you...

Re: Lowry's next build?

The NXT and GTX are pretty close to the same.
The differences are Shock Towers, Clutch, Rear Hubs and Dual Disk Slipper. The reason the NXT is not called the GTX CR is because the GTX was only sold through Horizon and NXT was used when they wanted to sell them on their own.

Re: Vintagelosi.com (update on 7-11-12)

The Manuals section has a bunch of new stuff added in the Other Instructions section. http://vintagelosi.com/Manuals.html Plastic Outdrive Conversion. (convert XX transmissions to slider) Convert Dual Slipper to Hydra Drive. (convert later XX slippers to work with Hydra Drive) Long Wheel Base Adapte...

By the way you are asking, I assume A3004 doesn't fit with the motor plate?

If you have other parts compatibility questions, the Parts Compatibility page on vintagelosi.com can help.

Re: Reproduction parts? Poll!

Yes this is very much still alive.
The first up is most likely going to be the older transmission gears.
I have brand new sets of both the low friction and original gears to use as source design.

The JRX2 and JRXT lower shock mounts might be next if those work out.

Re: Trinity Pro Wing Buttons 6013 and 6012?

Ahhh, pan car. Never thought about pan car. I forgot about running pan cars with those big wings. I was trying it on my XX and it seemed fine for the chassis mount one. I knew there was a Kinwald version of this kit and this wasn't it. The Kinwald has a couple extra bends in the wire.

Thanks guys

Re: JRX2 20+years to shelf or not to shelf ? that is the que

Those parts are mostly useless to you. That is the transmission parts from a XXX most likely. If you plan on running the stock transmission, reference the LXT manual for parts needed to add the slipper to the transmission. THe LXT instructions show you the required parts. http://vintagelosi.com/Manu...

Trinity Pro Wing Buttons 6013 and 6012?

Ok, I need some help figuring out what Trinity Wing Button kits numbered 6013 are intended for 6012. I can't find any reference material for them. The 6013 seems like it would work for things as long as you bent the wire more. But it must have been intended for something specific because it says &qu...

Re: Identify Body?

You guys are great. I was blanking on Jammin when it came to body makers. I did some searching through Google and that sent me to my own website. http://www.vintagelosi.com/Manuals_files/price_list_1993-08-15.pdf This pricelist had the the jammin pro se body j-203. Which after another search lead me...
