I was gifted this car (and a few others!) about two decades ago by my racing mentor, my friend Jean-Giles (JG), who drove my young la...

Re: Hyperdrive H10 super glue special

but wait a sec... the boot polish is a real "polish", like an abrasive that smoothens surface irregularitie out, or a coloring paste that gives the color and shine? I'm very confused now...

Re: Best source of parts!

Hi! Be gentle as this is one of my first posts! Where is the best place to get parts from? I am currently restoring a Gold Pan A stamp which looks like its fairly complete but I am sure there will be bits I need. Thankfully I have the tyres as they appear to have gold bullion inside them! :D G It d...

Repro Novak labels?

Hi folks, anyone knows who makes repro Novak stickies (MCI doesn't... Ultrahive doesn't care to answer) so I can give some well-needed cosmetic TLC to this baby? https://scontent-mxp1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/103981130_10158678401794511_2780932168124559559_n.jpg?_nc_cat=100&_nc_sid=ca434c&_nc...

Re: Novak T-1X: Removed one FET, now works!

Hey All, I had this Novak T-1X in my parts and I didn't test it until now. It immediately heated up, on my test rig, along with my test battery. Clearly a short. I have a "maker" knowledge of FETS. Initially, I wasn't going to bother with this, but I took it apart. One FET looked odd, the...

Re: Project Rebellion MMx (RC10B3/4/44.1.2 is far too long!)

Because a friend of mine got a Team C TM2 buggy in a trade. Now he's hooked on RC Cars. Doing some research I stumbled across this thread, did you ever complete this buggy and have any concluding thoughts? Thanks, Tony I'm not the topic originator but since this is the internet I will shamelessly j...

Re: Trans gears

"faster" means different things to different people.

In 2wd offroad it's sometimes done these days to increase the amount of oil in the diff, which theoretically gives a more consistent feel throughout the run. When I tried it I couldn't feel anything different
