Nick Adams died in January , I missed it at the time somehow . I did just try the TMS motor and its about the same performance so I may run it with the TMS and keep the Demon for pictures as its decal is better .

That's looking really good , I'd be tempted to do a fast test print of the front end to check the fit with stock parts like you have with the rear , nothing worse than printing the whole thing for 8 hours to find a minor mistake and having to do it again specially if you've put fillets in as its a p...

To a degree you just have to go with your gut on reinforcing , in the highlighted area maybe a vertical fillet outside and inside might help discretely , stopping at the bottom above the suspension mounting on the outside .
