Re: RC10 B1 Mid Motor Laydown Buggy
Google Translate has changed what it translates to several times since I first got the body shell. It did momentarily say Mike but then changed to microphone. The POS of the moth brought me back here. Time for a short Japanese lesson, or in other term, why you can't trust google translate 100%. Her...

Re: ** 2025 RC10Talk.com Roostpalooza - April 12-13 - Insanity Race Track - Boonton, NJ **
Did a little testing today with tires and the fairly loamy surface of the basher area at RC Madness. Figured I'd share my findings, granted this dirt could be completely different from what's at Insanity The Kyosho Block Tire Soft worked OK but would probably be better suited for blue groove conditi...

Re: Club level competitiveness
Most of the issue is polar movement. if you have weight further out to each end of the buggy say weights on the nose to get the CG more center. the more the car will resist rotation and also resist stopping that rotation. Think back to the lesson of sitting on a spinny chair and holding your arms o...

Re: AE RC10 4wd .step files
It's incredibly easy to get started nowadays. The modern machines do most everything for you besides cleaning the bed off and loading filament. If you decide you need a new hobby one day it's totally worth it! Probably will pull the trigger eventually..but will need advice on printer, program, fila...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
"fixed" the world's worst running JRX (that somehow isn't winning POS of the month) hopefully this time at least 1 camera will work.

Re: Losi JRX POS...build???: Quite possibly the worst drivable JRX you've ever seen.
Well I got video this time and it ran....for a bit. ToBx4LTRu4k https://youtu.be/ToBx4LTRu4k The diff seems to have unwelded itself in the process. I might put a slightly better diff in it just so it can run or pin and glue this one together. Either way this car is pretty silly, the tires did not ho...

Re: POS Runner of the Month - March 2025
Actually got short video of the JRX-POS. updated the post with it. The self welded diff and self unwelded itself at the end. But that was to be expected out of the pile it was made from.
Also the car keeps getting worse and worse bodged together. I have a feeling it may be a regular contestant here

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2025 ** - Winner - silvertriple
Fierce battle between the Chained Frog and the Zealous Zerda! Eventually had to vote Zerda , I simply know how much time and effort it takes to make a zero original parts replica in this way and I love the Zerda as a car too . It's how I voted as well. That's a lot of work and it looks great.

Re: Best Liquid Mask product?
generally you mask the entire body with it as any area that the masking is applied too thin is going to be annoying to peel. I use BittyDesign now works great. I haven't used Proline but I hear it's good. I, however, am never using Spaz Stix ever again. That stuff seems to react to my paints and bec...
