Losi GTX
Here are a couple of photos of my GTX that I've owned since new. I've had this one since about 1996, and stored in my basement about 1997. Two years ago I brought it out to sell with my RC10T nitro conversion, but decided to restore it instead. Originally a bushing truck, I upgraded to bearings shor...

Re: The Giant RPM part number thread
Thanks for composing this list.

#8029 "World's" Soft Front Springs <-- yes they are yellow

Re: The Giant RPM part number thread
That is pretty cool! I was racing the molded chassis and developed that kit. The chassis kit had been out for a while but sales had slowed so we never put it in the catalog and subsequently it was typically not sold to or sent to distributors. The enhancement kit was usually sent out if someone cont...

Re: The Giant RPM part number thread
sadly, my memory of the details is not what it used to be and I didn't document what I did...I started working at RPM shortly after the car kit came out. In the std "worlds" config, the front end had too much droop and tire scrub. It would work ok on loose fluffy tracks but gave up a lot a...

Jeffrey's Losi XX
Hey, everybody! This is my first post on the board. I figured it would be appropriate to share some photos of my Losi XX. This is the form it was in circa 1995 when I stopped racing. It has just followed me around through multiple houses and garages ever since. I gave away, sold, or threw away all o...

Re: Things that I sold, and now regret.
This shouldn't take too long to remember all the things I regret selling..... :( Real cars: - Ford Escort Mk2 2-door Rally Pack: Sold when I got married the first time for very little, to buy an auto slush box we could both drive :( - Mazda RX2 Coupe rally car: Sold for $2500 as a fully kitted out r...

Re: Things that I sold, and now regret.
Same here. Really the only things of the R/C variety I regret selling are the items that are worth 10 times as much now so I can sell them again.

It's 1984 Xmas morning in Nov 2023!
Well I accidentally rediscovered RC10 after almost 40 years. I was never lucky enough to get one back when then but man did I beg! So I bought this beautifully never run chassis w a Edinger box that I'm going to build and display. I've gotten the bug and have a few more used ones coming that I'm goi...
