I’m hoping it was a bad cvd bone as not seen this before on my other AE cars

I went really well and defiantly with some more set up work be on the pace of the modern trucks

So gave my B4 an overhaul/update with some new parts during the Covid crisis, enjoyed rebuilding this car, such an epic car that I raced the hell out of! So the spec is: Brass polished hinge pin holder SS screw kit, every screw has been polished K factory alloy bulkhead +8mm chassis courtesy of Gold...

Best build I have seen on here so far, nice work!

Had an order of bits arrive today so I can get it back together!

So raised the very last of my parts box and got this far!

This build will be in conjunction with my sponsor Willspeed and will feature some exiting new alloy products we are developing for the RC10

I’ll keep this thread updated on progress of the Willspeed parts and the build of this car!

As nose tubes are non existent I made my own!

Some Ali bar off eBay and got the lathe going!

I couldn’t find any rear hinge pins but whilst having a rummage I found some ti turnbuckles were the right diameter, so again to the lathe and made them round and job done!

You’ll have to wait and see! Got some great ideas coming and as you can imagine knowing the Willspeed cars it’ll be in Gorgeous machined aluminium
