Re: snap ring pliers
Just found that Wiha makes some with a .035 tip. That's the size of the tiny Allen for the 6 gear idler screws. I think this is the one.

Re: Possible to repair novak havoc?
If you try to plug in a deans ultra backwards you deserve to blow your sh#t up. You learn that concept when your two, trying to put round cylinders in square holes. It's a t shaped connector, how would you.....nevermind. Not worth the debateCoelacanth wrote:Same goes for Deans Ultras.

My Staten Island Rocket restoration (early JRX2)
Picked this up a while back and have worked on it a little at a time, it is an early kit with the foam core chassis, motor plate was cut so hard to prove but likely a no stamp, and it has the early non reinforced plastics. I have added the steering brace, and the diff has the Thorp metal center gear...

Gomachv's Bling Bling Dhawk RC10
Let me start off by saying that I've never taken these aluminum parts seriously. I genuinely do not like them. Buuuuuut.....when the sets went on sale for $50 a while back I figured I'd try one. The fit isn't terrible, except the steering which comes with 4mm screws lol, and the rear arm mounts are ...
