Turns out that this isn't true and an nib gold tub truck with gold nose and motor plate came up for sale. The community decided that it was a valid kit.
Finally got my OS Max CZZ back together today. New rod from Hong Kong, new piston pin from Dubai. New OS 8 glow plug, Fasteddy bearings and new gaskets. The carb got all new seals too, and everything was cleaned thoroughly....

sounds like you need to shorten up to the 1mm gap mentioned above by RJ with the idle screw. You have a picture of inside the carb at idle?

For what it's worth, Custom Works didn't elaborate when they told me they don't offer anything that fit the B4. Top secret stuff, apparently. :roll: :lol:

The SG or Tag Coyote had little springs in the diff out drives , possibly others , only disadvantage I can think of is they drop out during servicing and O rings tend to stay in .

I believe all sport trucks had plastic caps, gold body's

You can remove the existing mount and use a puretech Velcro strap. It’s backed with adhesive so it can be used without drilling the chassis or slimming down the battery mount

The original 10T has a 2.25:1 transmission ratio, while newer trucks have 2.4 or 2.6 ratios. So you can't directly compare the pinion size to that of newer trucks....
