I suspected you were the "Alex" mentioned in those Bormac videos. He posted links on True Vintage Schumacher (similar to Vintage Schumacher except no "annexing" Czechoslovakia).Incredible_Serious wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2024 11:27 pm
Big thanks to @Bormac for the delivery services, cleaning, sorting, bagging, rebuilding, and for being just a good bloke... and to Richard for the Tamiya stuff and some electricals.
Now to get started on race-readying..... only 6 months to go to Vintage Bash 3.0!
Guilty as charged.....1911Colt wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 8:04 pmI suspected you were the "Alex" mentioned in those Bormac videos.Incredible_Serious wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2024 11:27 pm

That's a good approximation of the 'other' Schumacher page.... which was no longer open for business, last time I checked. Shame... some people put good time into the community there, so it's sad that it was ruined by the ego of one who puts the dick in dictator....

One more parts order to arrive, paint a replacement body, swap in a servo that can actually turn the wheels, and it'll be done. I'm banking on Christmas.... won't say which year![]()
The group is still viewable, but I have to search for it. It no longer appears in my Group list. It might be wise to go through the files section and pull down anything I might want to save. You uploaded most of it anyway, I think, so there probably isn't much there that you don't already have.Incredible_Serious wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 9:50 pm
