Losi parts

Post by Johnboy72 »

Ok, I am not an early Losi guy. My first Losi was a XX. I've been given someone's pile of parts and I believe they are all JRX or JRX T parts. I'm surprised no one hasn't done a history timeline like the RC10 history thread. I can post up on the "What is it" thread but I figured if I post up here under the Losi side, can you all help me figure out what goes to what model? Just when you think your done with RC, ya get sucked back into it. Never fails.

First question. How many variations of the JRX is there? I'm seeing the trailing arm cars and the normal arms. I'm also seeing a graphite plate chassis and a molded plastic chassis (like I have).

It's because the hardcore AE guys did the timeline and the hardcore Losi have to rebel against everything AE, therefore we actively don't do it. At least it sounds plausible.

scr8p pointed you in the right direction, I'm sure eventually we'll get around to it. The big problem is we have to include not just the rc's, but skateboards and yo-yos as well.
I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.

Which reminds me. Allen Losi is having a skate party in a house here in Hemit. TO go along with the skateboards.
