XX CR Chassis

So, I had this NIP XX CR body laying around and a XX came up for sale, locally.
Figured between that car and the parts I have, I could finally use that sweet body.
Seems the graphite chassis I have is a short one-it has an 'S' stamped on it and the front body holes are a little too far forward of the one on the chassis.
That little white dot on the body in the photo is the factory body mount hole.
Would a XXT chassis be the correct length?

Man, rear 5 spoke wheels are getting hard to find!

See, I feel the same way. if a chassis has been modified and is really hacked, yet usable, it might be worth stripping and adding color to give it new life. (suggestions on the best way to strip the color off?)

Busting out the trusty B4 again and want to move the shorty LiPo as far forward as possible. I have a low profile servo in there and was thinking of removing the front wall of the battery box to move it right up behind the servo. Has anyone done...

Guys,

I did search the forums and it seemed like most people agree that the original RC10 nose has a 30° angle? I also saw a couple threads that mention a 20° or 25° nose angle?

I'm looking into having a custom carbon fiber chassis made but want...

Hi

i am building a RC10B2 and I wonder what are the differences between the short (shorter :o ) and the standard chassis. My concern is if in the short one will the body fit and how much I will need to modify the body. thanks for your help!

I don't remember and am too lazy and busy to dig out to measure :roll: but I think they are about 1/4 different. Body should be fine on either.
