Is that how it was boxed, with everything just tossed haphazardly in the box? :?

Yes it was and one of the bottom corners of the box was pretty banged up.

We don't do pretty-boy toys in Schumacher Town.... you want pristine packaging, buy a toy Tamiya or Kyosho. You want a thoroughbred vintage race vehicle, go see Schumacher.

not really much different than other companies. Im not sure what more they would have done. The showmanship packaging of Kyosho and Tamiya is pretty well down to just those two nowadays

I would've liked to see the tires/wheels isolated, or even baggied, at the very least...not just tossed in loose like that.

at least when you open the box you arent greeted with that pungent tire smell like the rere optimas. It takes a couple days to clear the smell! LOL.

I will say, they do package the ballpoint pen quite nicely in a tube with a certificate

Its getting built so not to worried about the box or packaging but it is nice if they actually attempt to care about packaging.

They can't seem to keep up with demand for them I know the distributors keep snapping them up as soon as they come into stock, you'd be better getting one from a re seller like Modelsport or MB
