Yokomo Works 'Hybrid'

Hi everyone,
I have here a Yokomo Works car that I have assembled using many option parts and a few one-off parts. The car started off as an incomplete but new Works '91 and I have added the custom parts to build the car you now see. I have listed bellow some of the special parts I have used on this car-
-Dukeomo Chassis duplicated and modified by Fibre-lyte to allow front and rear belt tension adjustability. The Dukeomo chassis features a unique battery layout that lets the user place the batteries in a way where the cells are more centralised compared to the standard layout (very similar to the chassis Masami Hirosaka used on his '89 World Championship winning Yokomo). Requires custom assembled batteries.
-Dukeomo Topdeck duplicated and modified again by Fibre-Lyte to allow the same mounting option on the front bulkhead cap as the Works '93 but still incorporates the Jammin/Dukeomo design where the front of the topdeck forks out to provide additional support to the front shock tower.
-Machined Rear A-arms by Dynotech Racing. The design of these arms were based on some very special one-off Yokomo prototype arms that I gave to the guys at Dynotech to duplicate for me. These arms were prototypes that were tested by Yokomo for the design of the A-arms on the Works '91.
-Full fine pitch drive system with fine pitch slipper clutch (T.C.S.). The reason this is worth a mention is because no production Works '91 came with a fine pitch slipper clutch. (The 1993 WCS came with a fine pitch slipper clutch also but because of the different size pulleys and one-way, it could not be used on the Works '91 or '93). The T.C.S. on this car was made specifically for the Works chassis.
-Full carbon parts by Fibre-Lyte (F & R Shock towers, Torque rod brace, steering brace, battery plate holdown and topdeck).
-Full Works '93 front steering system with Torque rod brace.
-Works '93 Lightweight (aluminium) Parts Set.
-Yokomo ZD-304S Machined Motor Mount with front belt tensioner.
-SRS Machined Nylon Front Bulkhead.
-Team Suzuki Hubs.
-Works '93 Full Titanium Turnbuckle Set.
-Yokomo WCS Wing Mount System.
-Yokomo Titanium Hex head screws used were applicable.
Assembling the car was a real pleasure especially because of the quality and rarity of the parts used. Some areas of assembly posed some difficulties which is to be expected when combining stock parts, machined and one-off parts together.
I would just like to quickly thank the people at Fibre-Lyte and Dynotech Racing for their professionalism and of course the excellent workmanship they provide.
Hope you enjoy the photos and feel free to comment or ask any questions you might have.
Thanks
Vin
