Wow yours looks really nice. Love the battery, I have the yellow version Kyosho hard saddle pack in mine to match the shell lol.
I'm thinking the same as what you said re my shell, in dome Kyosho pics the RR actually had the rear window painted white. I think the roof decal will make mine look much better with the rear window being yelllow.
Are all repro bodies smaller than the originals?

Actually, why don't they blow-mold them? They'd need to make a cast of the outside of the body though...

Edit, pic attached you can see the way it was painted in the front window area is unconventional for a ZX-R but I like it
The windows are smoked rather than black, I think the roof decal will make it look much nicer

Its going to be fitted to a vintage cf tub chassis when I eventually build it
Nice, you know when I hear tub a smile appears :D

I just keep reading how the TBG bodies dont fit, especially the belly pans. Make me wonder why they sell so well. I guess hes the only game in town? Whats the benefit of bodies and pans that dont fit?

Pretty sure there is polycarb filament for 3d printers,, but it would be hugely expensive,, and probly not crystal clear due to the layering. Im all for the re pops,, but just want them to be right.

Well, for the cost of a lexan body it should fit the way it was meant. Especially the pan. Its tempting to try and pop my own pans.

If your going to run it why not buy the cf tub, then its not so much of a problem.
