my 1990 Championship edition light resto
my 1990 Championship edition light resto
Here is the car i 'stole' for $100 (with two 7 cell packs, extra parts and an original Futaba Attack radio) project almost done. The car was built in 90 and sat in a box since. The tires were flat spotted and cracked and the shocks were leaking. Other then that it was 100% complete and untouched right down to the resistor and Reedy motor. I found a set of NOS original tires and will be putting a clear original body and/or the newly bought original paint body i just scored in the other thread. I also bought a set of the aluminum original wheels for it. Enjoy..

Here are a few pics of the fitted body with driver. had to remove the factory resistor and wiper arm to fit the driver.

Sorry bro! It looks lovely! Different to see a CE with a early box art paint scheme!
