Hey guys,

I finally got some time to work on some of my cars and made some updates on my A&L car first.

I didn't like the rear white shock mounts so I found somebody who cut me these, just in black.

The position of the body is higher due to the bigger A&L shock tower. So I modified the front body mount. I had to use 4 thick shims under the stock body mount to fit the body properly, so I've been looking for an alternative. I found the part 8304 (SS front body mounts). I suppose these are for an associated pan car? Anyway: these are just perfect. Just had to cut them to the right lenght. Now I just have to die it :)

I finally cut and the fit the body and wing. The wing buttons are Traxxas and look perfect on this car, IMO :) . The last step is to paint the body and to put the period correct electronics on the car.

Hey guys,

Finally came around to make few changes and paint a body for my A&L car. It's now slowly coming to an end...

The black shock towers have been swapped with White naturlae G10 towers (thanks Jeff!!). Looks better in my opinión...

I'm going to install electronics these days and it will be done then :)

Really an outstanding build!!
I was noticing how nicely you've fitted the body especially where the rear shock upper mounts protrude through the body. Really nice!

Yeah it was not easy to fit the body properly. I even had to order a second body because I massacred the first one  it would be to easy just cut of the rear part of the body :)

I second that! It is a serious task to trim the rear of the body.
