That is great news! Seeing this picture reminds me of way back when I got my hands on my first rc10. Hope to see him around here on rc10talk soon.

Agreed. This was a great idea and wonderful effort put forth by all involved. I feel proud to be a small part of this community. Great job and thank you to those that made this happen!

This was a really cool thing to do for someone. I only wish I found this post earlier so I could have helped out.
Good job for everyone that helped on this.

I also think it is really cool that he was trying to build something with what he had, it also looks like he posted some project stuff on facebook. It's great that he has that build it instead of buy it attitude....wish more people had this.


I'm mostly everybody on here, especially if you a 1:1 car enthusiast can relate to the build it instead of buy it mentality.
