I did a Sapphire Blue dye bath on a case this morning. 2 qts of water, 1/4 cup of Rit Dyemore, 3 minutes of simmer time. I didn't want to go any longer than that for fear of it getting to dark of a blue.

that looks good. I like it. I'm wanting to do a black and grey theme but don't like the blue I have but that. Thanx cuz that one will work nicely

I just checked the AE and Amain websites and found that the 'US' (non rere) Stealth tranny case #6565 is now out of stock.

Does anyone know if AE plans to continue molding this part, or are we now left with the Chinese #6564 case?

Hmm, I had to get out of bed to look :lol:

What a stupid idea, every bearing in the kit is imperial while the diff bearings are metric.

Just to confuse things the RTR T4.1 uses the standard GT diff while the FT T4.1 an T4.2 use the 10x16 bearing...

so ive been hunting for the rpm case conversion for a couple of hours and no joy anyone have a link there used to be lots maybe we bought em all

also i remember a thread about rpm gear covers and how to mod them to fit rc10 does anyone rember this
