Picked up these new wheels for a build im working on. Just wondering who the manufacturer is.

On a few sets of mine I usedTamiya clear orange to give them an anodized look

These ones closeup in the photos look maybe to have been painted but i will have to wait and see when they get here.

I came across these a couple weeks ago. The are shaped just like the original 3 piece wheels but the front piece is aluminum. The back and middle spacer (not sure what it's called) are still plastic but chrome plated. Anyone know who makes these? I...

A few different people have made those in aluminum over the years. I figured they were all aluminum. Maybe some of the manufactures only made the faces in aluminum.

This is KingCobra's build and I always wanted to know who made these wheels and where I can get them for my rc10 or where they a custom make by some machinist? Anyone have any intel on them? Please post.

Since these wheels were designed with off road buggys in mind, it is normal for the rears to be a smaller diameter. What you need to do is find a tire with a taller sidewall to get the car to sit and look right. Maybe some foams?

These were in a recent gold pan lot I picked up. Seem to be about 1.8 / 1.9 across. No grooves for tire beads.

Never seen these before, any ideas?

Never seen those before either. They could be custom jobs. If they have no grooves for tire beads, I would imagine they're for foams.

I bought these for a future fox project. The fronts had common Tamiya bearings but there is no aluminum in between to seat the bearing. The bearings slip right threw. No wonder they were never used. I assume they take a flanged bearing but what...

Those wheels are quite narrow, 5x11 flanged bearings should do the trick. I gave a set to my buddy to use on his girlfriend's Buffalo that I restored, after removing the dull, faded red anodizing and polishing them up.
