The Orlandoo Hunter 1/35 micro scaler

Post by GoMachV »

I know I know, I can't even keep up with the g10 demands but this little guy is just too cool. 1/35 scale 4x4 KIT! Yes, KIT!
Ended up buying it all from Hobby King, the truck is $50, the motor $4, speed control with light set $10, metal gear set $3, etc. It came to $100 shipped 8) just add receiver. I'm pretty stoked as its a kit that requires fitting and drilling, not just slapping it together. The lighting kit that is included is crazy small and built into the speed control, which also drives the steering servo so it can steal the signal for the turn indicators.

I'll update as I build it up. For now, just some teasers

If it goes together well and looks the part, it might get the alloy axles. They are stunning! And only $70

Minor update, lacking a lot of time lately. Got the gearboxes done and shocks built. Broke the Allen wrench in half so the rest of the ball joints will be fun to install!
