Last step is to pour epoxy over the bench surface... Almost done!

Very nice.
Man, I'd love to have a work space like that.
During the colder months, I just work in the house from an old portable drafting table.

Really nice work area. With the angled braces, routered edges, and just over all design of that bench....I'm gonna take a wild guess you have some pretty good woodworking background?

Nope, it was my first time working and finishing wood. I've built a shed and fences and a little framing during a remodel, but nothing like this.

I'm just a busy-body and like to focus on projects. It wasn't hard, you just do one thing at a time, and take the time to do it right... and if it's not, then you go back and make it right before moving on to the next step. Just like building a RC! :D

But it was time consuming. Took about a month of tinkering on the weekends.

Wow that's even more impressive then. Normally if someone doesn't work with wood much they would just do normal straight legs or steel 90 degree brackets. Stuff like the angled wood brackets with the notched ends and all made me think you must have been a wood worker. Nice attention to details there I like it a lot.

Thanks! I wanted to be able to sit on a stool and move freely between the two work areas without banging my knees on bench legs.

Turned out pretty good for a utility room.
