I've run a few 3 gear cars with great success. I think they want to wheelie more then a 4 gear and react less to brake input in the air.

Ok so lets talk about the Losi XX cars, I know a lot about the jrx cars, but I have never paid to much attention to the XX series of cars. I know they had the xx, xxcr, and xxbk but what box did the cr come in? I dont think I have ever seen a box...

Nice original tub, the front A-arms seem to have been cut or drilled... to let dust come out?

Thanks Asso_man!, I don't recall why I hacked up the trailing edge of the arms. What I have now is approximately 1/16 on the trailing edge of the arm...

I have been thinking lately about building a backyard track since I just purchased enough land to do so. I have not seen a thread showing pictures of your backyard test grounds. So if you have one Lets see them!!

Now that's friggin cool! I haven't built a backyard track yet but built three tracks in Iraq. They ended up looking like something from a backyard. Two off-road tracks and one 90% complete high bank dirt oval. I'm sure units that came in behind us...

Hi all, putting together a B3 and wanted to see some shock ideas. Im really happy with the 12mm shocks on my updated c tub. Has anyone went this direction with their b3s?Becuase I dont have any shocks, Im leaning toward 12mm. Your thoughts......

I went with 12mm big bore shocks.

how did you do your front hex conversion....if in fact that is what Im seeing?

Yes, you are seeing correctly. I used the Custom Works kit. However you can go other routes, such as using B6 parts.
