Hello from the depths of France
Hello everyones,
I'm Jerome aka Trass, Rc anthousiast since my 11 years old and now i'm 40. 8 years ago i'm falling again in the Rc world when my childs find some of my old models in the barn.
My first Rc was a Nikko Thunderbolt and my first really true RC car was a Tamiya Super Sabre, just after a club near my home make me a competitor on an Otpima Mid custom special from 1988 to 1990, on 1991 it was time to have the best car for me; the Kyosho Lazer ZX (i was an official driver from Euro Composite).
In 1992 i stopped RC because of study and familly obligations.
Big break from 1992 to 2007/2008, that my childs find my Tamiya Group C, Tamiya MadCap, Lazer Zx ...
Now i prefer to look after my children to play with Rc (Traxxas Slash 2WD) and keep clean all the models i would have when i was young.
My big passion is about to remove anodization from my models, because of the different kind of color of them:
Example : 10r5
I also began a big RC Off-road Track project by side of my house started in the end of 2008:
2008
2015
Sorry for my rusty english, i hope to share with you about my RC hobbie
See-you soon
Jérome

Re: Hello from the depths of France
That track looks awesome, nice and simple and probably fun to run.
Is there a creek/small river on the property?

That does look like a great track. I like the elevation changes. May I come and visit?
Re: Hello from the depths of France
Great track - reminds me of the german "rc msc greuthof" (google) track (it`s the onroad version of your track )
A report of your track would be great!!

Nope there's no river on the property, but a lac and a smal river up to 50 meters
Thank you, no problem for visit and play when it will be finished ( soon ... )RichieRich wrote:That does look like a great track. I like the elevation changes. May I come and visit?

Re: Hello from the depths of France

Cheers Martin.
