New (old) guy from Central Texas

Post by AustinZ »

The usual story, grew up in the 80s, had a gold tub, dug it out decades later, refurb, found the RC10Talk.com board, read everything at least once, spent inordinate amount of money and now my 2 (Edinger buggy and original 10T, both which I bought used in about 1990) have multiplied to 6+. Thanks to all the contributors on the board and to the folks who administer and support it financially! I'll do my best to contribute something that the membership enjoys from time to time as I relive my earlier days with my vintage collection!

Welcome aboard :)

You wouldn't have raced at Discount Hobbies in Austin (checking the pseudo...) or in Killeen (offroad) in the late 90's would you?

My brother in law did there and at the south store. I just bashed, and ran some at American Angler's dirt track back in the day

AustinZ, howdy partner. I'm roughly 3 hrs from Austin in West TX. As you already know there is a wealth of information in these forums. I spent a lot of time lurking before making some posts. Post some pics of your fleet when you get a chance.
